JFA Design & Building was created in 2009 in Los Angeles, California, and has actively led several new, renewal and addition developments that involve residential, retail and office projects throughout the region.

John Ardila is a Colombian-American architect licensed in Colombia since 1982, with 43 years of professional experience, that has designed, managed and/or supervised over 2,400,000 sq ft of various design and building projects, and over 575,000 sq ft in North America.

Veronica Ardila is a UBC Master of Engineering Leadership (MEL) in Urban Systems graduate, Colombian licensed Architect and Urban Law Specialist with 10 years of professional experience in urban planning, urban design and land use zoning in coordination with infrastructure projects, in both private and public organizations.
